When it comes to chilli there’s a third major sense, the physicality of the burn. Rest assured, we’ve focused on the first two senses, flavour and taste! Our chilli oil is best described as mild to medium with a heat that dissipates quickly!

It's time to debunk a widespread myth! Many folks believe that keeping food in oil on the counter is perfectly safe, but that's not true.

Once open, keep your chilli oill in your fridge and make sure you use it within 3 weeks!

And remember to always use a clean spoon when you scoop out that mouthwatering goodness. We wouldn't want any unwanted visitors crashing the flavour party!

You can absolutely change your mind! We’ll take back any order within 30 days of receiving it, as long you send the item back in its original condition and unopened of course. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Just email us at sales@tastepeddler.com.au and we’ll guide you through the process.

We’ll try our best to stop your order before it’s left our warehouse. Simply email sales@tastepeddler.com.au.    If however the item is shipped, it, unfortunately, can’t be undone, unless there was some kind of error on our end!

We know you’re busy and we want to make sure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

We try our best to ensure that orders placed before 11am (AEST) are normally processed that business day.  Orders placed after 11am (AEST) will be shipped the following day. We don’t ship any orders on weekends.

As a rule of thumb, most parcels shipped to Metro areas arrive within two to three business days. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific destination and time of year. This is particularly the case if you are based in a regional area.

When we cook up our chilli oil, we're on a mission to load it with those irresistible crispy, chewy bits you just can't get enough of. Sometimes, you might find your chilli oil has dried up as you scoop the oil from the top.

To resurrect that fiery goodness, just give it a vegetable oil infusion! Grab some neutral veggie oil, like canola, and top up your chilli oil bottle.
